Patsy is a beautiful tri-color cavalier who not only is beautiful in apperance but has a wonderful personality. Patsy was the first cavalier at Scenic View. She has produced some stellar puppies and has a wonderful personality that she passes on. Patsy is super fun and loves to give kisses but also loves to cuddle and spend time with people.
